Diablo Medical Training Programs

Phlebotomy Technician CPT 1

This is a 80 hour program for persons wishing to become entry level professionals in the field of Phlebotomy.  The program includes 40 hours of classroom and laboratory didactic and practical training, plus up to 80 hours of externship for the individual student at designated and approved clinical sites. 

Phlebotomy for the Professional

This is a 16 hour, cost and time effective, program designed for healthcare professionals (MA, EMT, LVN, RN, MD), who work for, or plan to work for, a doctor's office, clinic or other healthcare provider that is NOT a licensed clinical laboratory or public health agency. 

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency First Aid

The course provides Emergency First Aid and CPR training and certification prescribed by the American Red Cross.  CPR certification training may be provided at the DMT campus or in group settings coordinated through organization or company facility management.

New Courses

Diablo Medical Training has expanded its training programs for 2011-2012.  Click on the link provided to review the program descriptions.

New Locations

Diablo Medical Training has increased the number of medical facilities participating in the DMT externship program.  DMT will continue to be able to offer quick scheduling and acceptance of its students into externship.

DMT has expanded on-site training to Martinez in west Contra Costa County.  Programs are expected to begin in the Walnut Creek area by mid-2011.  Location will be announced with class schedules.
